ApexToolz (https://apex-toolz.com) provides free, browser-based image conversion, compression, and editing tools operated by Waamtech.com. Image processing runs locally in your web browser using technologies such as the Canvas API and WebAssembly. We do not operate a cloud conversion service and we do not ask you to create an account to use our tools.

We do not upload, store, or transmit your images to our servers. When you use a converter, compressor, resizer, cropper, or any other tool on ApexToolz, your files are read and processed entirely on your device. We cannot access, view, or retain the contents of your photos or graphics during normal tool use.

Because processing is local, closing the browser tab or refreshing the page typically removes your files from the active session. You are responsible for saving any output files you wish to keep.

We keep data collection to a minimum. The only situations in which we receive personal information are:

• Contact form: If you choose to contact us, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you submit, along with a captcha response used to reduce spam. This information is sent to our email system so we can reply to your enquiry.
• Server and security logs: Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and request timestamps for security, performance, and abuse prevention. We do not use this data to identify you for marketing purposes.
• Local browser storage: We may store small preferences in your browser (for example, UI state) using localStorage or similar technologies. This data never leaves your device unless you clear it.

ApexToolz does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Essential cookies or local storage may be used only where required for basic site functionality, such as contact-form spam protection. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

We rely on a small number of third parties to operate the site:

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your message, investigate reported issues, and improve ApexToolz. We do not add contact-form submitters to marketing lists without explicit consent. Messages may be retained for a reasonable period for support and legal record-keeping.

Image files are not retained on our servers because they are not uploaded. Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain business records. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard rotation policies.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you (primarily contact-form data). To exercise these rights, please use our contact form. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

ApexToolz is a general-purpose utility site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through our contact form, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

ApexToolz is accessible worldwide. If you access the site from outside your home country, your information may be processed in jurisdictions where our hosting and email providers operate. By using the site, you understand that this may involve cross-border data transfers for the limited data types described above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of ApexToolz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
